The SET Foundation
The SET Foundation was established in 1994 by British Buddhist monk Phra Peter Pannapadipo. After disrobing in 2005, he continued working voluntarily with the organization. Create Your Future currently provides funds supporting over 1,500 SET students annually.
The foundation awards long-term study scholarships and financial assistance to disadvantaged Thai youth at government high schools, vocational colleges, and universities. Since inception, SET has distributed nearly 8,000 scholarships. Many recipients received support spanning up to 12 years. The organization also provides cash grants for uniforms, textbooks, transportation, dormitory fees, and education-related costs.
SET operates 12 main centers, predominantly in and around Nakhon Sawan Province. The organization demonstrates financial efficiency, with only 3% of 2017 expenditures allocated to non-program costs and administration.

Wanpen Sompukdee
After completing my BWS in accounting from Banphot Phisai Vocational College in Nakhon Sawan in 2014 I managed to find employment immediately at the Fort Corporation, a telecommunications and electronic communications company. It was very nice to have a job so quickly after graduation. Thanks to the SET Foundation and SLSF providing me with a scholarship I was able to study without having to take out a student loan. This has allowed me to start my career without having to be concerned about paying back a student debt that would hinder me for a very long time. Thank you very much.
Narong Chatturat
Hello, my name is Narong. I received my first scholarship from the SET Foundation when I was studying the 3rd and 4th year of my Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree at Naresuan University.
After graduation with honors, I also was granted a scholarship to study my master's degree at the University of Malaya, Malaysia. I am now currently working as a professor at the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Medical Science at Mahidol University in Phitsanulok.
Thank you to the SET Foundation for giving me a scholarship that provided me with great opportunities — being able to study to a high level, securing a stable job and being able to attend conferences, presentations, and research abroad in the UK, Japan and Vietnam.

I am another grateful student who managed to graduate because of the financial support I received from the SET Foundation throughout my studies. While studying my Certificate in Construction at the Nakhon Sawan Technical College, my family's house was destroyed by flooding and left my family in financial hardship. After the SET Foundation heard my story they immediately paid my tuition fees and provided continuing support throughout my education.
