The Thai-Lahu Development Foundation (TLDF) is a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based throughout Northern Thailand. The foundation's mandate is in social services, having clearly defined boundaries separating it from any religious agenda — it operates as a secular NGO.

TLDF works with 90 member-church villages but extends assistance to non-church members from Lahu ethnic groups with varied religious backgrounds throughout Thailand, prioritizing those outside church membership.

Based in Chiang Mai, TLDF cooperates with communities across Northern Thailand to help the Lahu ethnic minority access education and vocational training opportunities.
